Here are a some frequently asked questions, along with answers.

Is your work guaranteed?: We guarantee that our jewelry is handcrafted using quality materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. If it breaks for any reason during the first 30 days, we will restring it for free. If it breaks after 30 days, we will restring it for $8.00 plus cost for replacement beads and shipping.
What kind of materials do you use?: We use the finest quality materials including sterling silver beads, Bali silver beads, fresh water pearls, Swarvoski crystals, and 14K gold-filled beads just to name a few. Some jewelry is made from vintage beads found at estate sales and auctions, and we cannot testify to the origin and quality of these beads, however, they are chosen for their condition and beauty. If a piece happens to be made with gold plated or silver plated pieces, it will specify in the item description.
Do you charge sales tax?: We are located in the State of Texas, and by law are required to charge sales tax on all items shipped within Texas.
How do I know which size bracelet to order?: Measure around the smallest part of your wrist and add 1" (one inch) to that measurement for an accurate fit. Average adult sizes are 7 - 8".
Can you make a bracelet shorter or longer than the standard sizes?: Yes we can. Indicate the size you want in the comment section of the Shopping Cart. There is an additional charge of $3.00 to lengthen your bracelet to 8 1/2", 9" or 9 1/2". There is no additonal charge for a shorter length.
What if my bracelet doesn't fit and needs to be resized?: No problem. We will provide one complimentary resizing within 30 days of shipment date. After 30 days there will be a $8.00 charge.
How do I pay?: Payment is due at the time of order. We are set up through PayPal to accept all major credit cards. Please note that you ARE NOT required to have a PalPay account to use this feature. Simply click the "I do not have a PayPal Account" link to pay by any major credit card. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks by mail. Please keep in mind if paying by Personal Check that shipment will not be made until check clears.
How much are shipping charges?: We currently ship only within the United States. We charge a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders under $50.00. Shipping costs are FREE for orders over $50.00.
How long should I expect before my order arrives?: If the item is a one of a kind piece, it will be shipped the next business day. We try to ship custom orders within three (3) days of purchase. In rare cases it may take longer due to inventory shortages. We currently ship by USPS Priorty Mail only.
Can I ship to someone else?: Yes, we can send your package to any address you choose within the United States.
Do you do custom designs?: Absolutely! See something you like but want it done in a different color or using different stones. Let us know. We will send you a picture to see if you like it.
